Empathy has always been the driving force in my life, even though I didn't know this until five years ago, when an old friend of mine and I bumped into each other.

The business owner made me realise that this was something that I should look into.

People are definitely where I find my strength, gifts of conversation and personal experiences.
My career has been entire of stepping up the ladder moments. Starting from a child, I became a volunteer with St Ambulance Brigade.
Following on from that, I would become a
Volunteer firefighter in the RFS, have worked with the Bushcare team around Macmasters Beach.
My favourite sport, rowing, was one of my highlights and gaining a level one coaching position with Central Coast Rowing would be a proud moment.
I started a journey with Photography when I sold my first portfolio at the age of sixteen and have continued in the professional field Now for 38 years , covering every facet of the industry.
Today, I teach photography to people.
Who are living with disability, and I am so proud to be able to have the opportunity to do so.
Support work and working both for a
company and as an individual, has allowed me to see the differences between communication between parents and support
workers.
I have two sons who live with disability
and can honestly say that it's so easy to put them in a bubble of care and support.
Recognising that this Bubble can also be a hindrance when it comes to getting support for them.
This is why I wanted to create a safe space for parents and Support Workers to feel validated as they should.
My next best move was meeting my business partner, Bek, with whom I met through supporting a person accessing her holistic Lifestyle gym.
Bek and I have come up with
Understanding the Bubble.
My role is to bring forward empathy and respect, and support through understanding both sides.
Bek is our coach and mindfulness guru who will guide and navigate your health and emotional needs throughout your journey.
We believe that there are two sides to the story Both need to be heard.
Joining us on our courses will open up your perspective and give you clarity in a world that can sometimes feel overwhelming, but does not need to be.
